Job description

Salem Motor Mile is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Phone Operators to join our busy automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet customers and assist with general inquiries
  • Take accurate messages and relay information promptly
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications:
