What is a phlebotomy paid training program?

A Phlebotomy Paid Training Program is a structured course offered by healthcare organizations or training institutions that teaches individuals the skills needed to become certified phlebotomists while providing a salary or stipend during training. Participants learn how to draw blood, handle specimens, and follow safety protocols, often combining classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience. These programs are designed for people new to the field and may lead to employment upon successful completion and certification.
