EP Tech

Contract position for an EP Tech. Shift time from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM. On-call requirements are mandatory. Candidates must possess a TMB license and ARRT certification. The unit has one lab staffed by 3-4 personnel per procedure, including anesthesia. Day shift consists of a mix of techs and RNs, plus a supervisor. There are no night shifts. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:1. Equipment used includes Philips EMR and Meditech. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARRT or RCES certification. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of experience scrubbing and monitoring with Claris. Typical procedures performed include standard implant procedures and EP ablation cases, excluding VT. Candidates will also perform Watchman procedures. The lab operates at a high volume and requires a sense of urgency. Scrubs will be provided by the facility. The unit has achieved a high engagement score and is recognized for outstanding teamwork. This is a competitive market, and additional attractive elements may include new equipment and experienced staff.
