  • Schedule: Monday‚ÄìFriday, 8:00 AM‚Äì5:00 PM
  • Call: Weeknight beeper call only
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Call Volume: Fewer than two calls daily
  • Callback: Approximately one hospital return per month
  • Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
  • Patient Volume: Approximately 15 per shift
  • Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients
  • Facility: Level III trauma center
  • EMR: Cerner
  • IR Equipment: Philips Allura FD20
  • Credentialing: Fewer than 30 days

  • Active Texas medical license
  • Vascular/Interventional Radiology training and current clinical competency
  • Current ACLS and BLS
  • Ability to provide full-time weekday coverage
  • Availability for weeknight beeper call
  • Hospital privileges
    • ### Clinical Details
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient Interventional Radiology services
  • Evaluate and manage assigned and unassigned patients
  • Perform image-guided vascular and nonvascular interventions
  • Complete consultations and required admissions
  • Respond to weeknight calls within 30 minutes
  • Operate Philips Allura FD20 equipment
  • Collaborate with dedicated nursing and hospital staff
  • No APP, resident, or teaching supervision responsibilities
