Role Overview
The Sr. Manager, Technical Services is responsible for leading the development and execution of maintenance and asset management strategies that optimize equipment performance, product quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage planned and unplanned system events, outages, and equipment failures.
Coach and develop team members to build technical and leadership capabilities.
Foster a high-performing, accountable team culture aligned with PMI's Open+/IOS principles.
Build strong partnerships across production and support functions to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality standards for materials, equipment, and new initiatives.
Partner with Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements into processes and projects.
Drive productivity improvements by reducing maintenance-related losses and optimizing spare parts inventory.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industries, preferably in maintenance.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000-$165,000
