WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Pricing Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the management, improvement, and maintenance of HCA's products, programs, pricing, and incentives to maximize sales efficiency and meet other company objectives. ย Primary responsibilities include implementing pricing programs and promotions, performing analyses, summarizing performance data, and presenting findings.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Performance Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare and improve recurring product performance reports.

  • Complete ad-hoc gathering, reporting, and presentation preparation for executive updates and proposals.

  • Create, summarize and present competitive analyses utilizing external data sources.

Program Launch Operations

  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to launch pricing programs and promotions.

  • Carry out timely launch activities while maintaining necessary validations and controls in compliance with policies and procedures.

Program Support

  • Collaborate with credit operations and risk management to research and resolve program issues.

  • Support the management and monitoring of strategic initiatives.

  • Develop solutions to implement operational support for new products.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Minimum 4-6 years related experience working with financial calculations and analytical frameworks.

  • Working knowledge of automotive industry and understanding of retail, lease and commercial financing a plus.

  • Experience implementing pricing programs for a captive finance company or other automotive finance company a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business, Statistics, or related field.

  • Ability to extract, analyze and draw insight from data in enterprise databases.

  • Intermediate programming skills in languages such as Python/SQL/SAS.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.

  • Efficient execution skills complemented by analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.

  • Concise written communication skills; ability to communicate complex terms and concepts to management both visually (PowerPoint) and in writing.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality.

  • Proven ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.

  • Ability to independently work in a dynamic environment with extended work hours.
