Job Summary:
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Director to lead the Maternal Child Health Department at their San Jose, CA hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Maternal Child Health, with proven leadership experience in patient care operations, quality improvement, and team management.
This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality outcomes, and compliance while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operations of the Maternal Child Health department, including Labor & Delivery and related units.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and patient safety requirements.

  • Manage departmental budgets and drive process improvement initiatives.
