Job description

Description
Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, invites applications for a faculty position in our Organization & Management area beginning August 2027. We are primarily interested in applicants at the rank of assistant professor, but we will also consider exceptional candidates with more seasoned experience. We seek applicants whose work has a micro-orientation, but the specific area of research is open.
The Organization & Management area at Goizueta Business School is a research-active, interdisciplinary group of both micro- and macro-oriented scholars. Our current micro-oriented faculty members include Emily Bianchi, Erika Hall, Jill Perry-Smith, Laura Wallace, and Melissa Williams.
The primary responsibilities for this position, which is situated in Atlanta, GA, include research, teaching, and engaging in service activities for the academic discipline, business school, and university. Performs related responsibilities as required. We strongly encourage applications from individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
Qualifications
Successful applicants will demonstrate a record of scholarly publications in top research journals in management, psychology, or related fields. Successful applicants also will have demonstrated, or show promise toward, effective teaching at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. We seek candidates who have earned a PhD in organizational behavior, psychology, or related area, or who expect to receive such a degree by May 2027.
