URGENT HIRING – Florida Licensed Psychologists (PhD / PsyD)

Juvenile Justice (DJJ) Evaluation Provider

Flexible Schedule • High Per-Evaluation Pay • Statewide Florida Needs

Chrysalis Health is urgently seeking Florida-licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) to conduct court-ordered and clinical evaluations for youth referred by the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).

Due to increased referral volume, there is an immediate statewide need, with priority in high-volume DJJ regions. This role is ideal for psychologists who enjoy assessment-focused work, value autonomy, and want to make a meaningful impact—without ongoing therapy caseloads.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct evidence-based psychological and forensic evaluations for DJJ-referred youth

  • Review clinical records, collateral information, and prior assessments

  • Provide diagnostic impressions, clinical interpretation, and recommendations

  • Perform evaluations in person at DJJ facilities

Compensation

  • Competitive per-evaluation pay (1099)

  • Consistent referral volume

  • Additional evaluation types available based on experience

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD)

  • Experience with psychological evaluations, assessments, or forensic work preferred

  • Ability to complete in-person evaluations

  • Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
