Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time positions: Custodial Staff, 1st Shift in the Custodial Services Department.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in the custodial field.
Preferred: A minimum of one (1) year experience in the custodial field.
Duties, include but are not limited to:
• Cleans all surfaces in assigned areas.
• Performs floor care in assigned areas.
• Removes waste from assigned areas.
• Maintains equipment and reports maintenance and supply needs.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all constituents, including faculty, staff, students, venders, visitors and the community using positive communication skills and established protocols.
Building/ Grounds Specialist II (KA10/61121726/FTE-S01186P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: GEN04. Minimum starting salary: $31,200.00. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
