If you're energized by helping others succeed and motivated to build something of your own within a team environment, this is the role for you.

  • Top performers can earn the equivalent of up to $75 per hour, including base pay, session premiums, sales commissions, and performance-based incentives.
  • Get rewarded for both training and selling--earn income from the relationships you build and the results you deliver. As you grow your client base and deliver more sessions, you unlock higher earnings and expand your earning potential over time
  • Thrive in a performance-driven environment that recognizes and rewards coaches who stay engaged, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional training experiences.
  • Earn from day one, with a guaranteed hourly base rate, with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through facilitating coaching sessions and developing a book of business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results, build relationships, and keep clients coming back
  • Build, grow, and retain a strong client base through consultative selling, referrals, and consistent delivery of a great client experience
  • Use your expertise and creativity to design personalized fitness programs that support each client's unique goals and long-term success.
  • Grow a thriving client base by building genuine relationships, providing exceptional service, and creating an experience that keeps clients motivated and coming back.
  • Prioritize time in session by making a meaningful impact on members' lives by delivering engaging personal and small-group training sessions that help them achieve lasting results.
  • Set expectations, track progress, and adjust programs to maximize results and client retention
  • Take ownership of your success by managing your schedule, maintaining a strong appointment book, and building consistent session volume.
  • Help members start strong by conducting fitness assessments and onboarding sessions that establish trust and create long-term coaching relationships.
  • Build lasting connections beyond the workout floor through client follow-up, program design, and proactive outreach that supports retention and continued growth

  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow a client base through a high-quality training experience and consistent client results
  • Sales mindset with the ability to identify client needs, recommend appropriate training solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe, effective movement coaching
