We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

The Sales Administrative Assistant role ensures seamless operations by managing phone coverage, supporting customer inquiries when sales reps are unavailable, tracking inventory/shipments, and coordinating warehouse admin tasks (discrepancy reports, damages). This role requires Excel proficiency to pull open-order reports and back-up warehouse processing.

Essential Functions for Sales Administrative Assistant Including but not limited to:

• Monitor inventory availability, track shipped, pending, and required items for incoming product releases.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/receiving teams to process inventory. Handle administrative tasks, including generating zero lists, filing discrepancy reports, processing returns, and managing claims for damaged or missing items.
• Act as a backup processor for the warehouse as needed, assist with handling damages, and inventory management tasks.
Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience, sales support, or logistics role; required
• Proficient Ability to maintain, filter, and analyze inventory/order spreadsheets
• Professional demeanor with the ability to assist customers via phone and email
• Ability to resolve order discrepancies and manage claims efficiently
• A sharp eye for detail
