JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing activities within our organization. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role will support digital marketing efforts, trade shows, customer communications, sales support materials, social media support, and content development.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities or must demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience creating marketing content including brochures, emails, presentations, and social media posts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar tools
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical or industrial product information
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Basic understanding of SEO, website management, and marketing analytics preferred
  • Ability to develop and execute creative design concepts and layouts
  • Willingness to be coached, edited, and receive feedback with professionalism

DUTIES:

  • Create and manage marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, brochures, case studies, videos, and website updates
  • Support sales teams with presentations, customer materials, and promotional resources
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, customer visits, and promotional activities
  • Maintain company branding consistency across all marketing materials
  • Assist with photography, video, and manufacturing-related content creation
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide reporting insights
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support product launches and company initiatives
  • Help maintain and update the company website and online presence
  • Support lead generation and customer engagement efforts

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, agriculture, construction, or technical industries is a plus
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • Strong creative, analytical, organizational, and personal skills
