Automation Technician

Looking for an Automation Technician for a power electronics manufacturer to join our process team. If you have some applicable background and have a desire to learn, this is the job for you!


Job Duties:
Performing Preventative Maintenance on Equipment
Programming Equipment
Trouble-shooting equipment issues
Working with Process team on equipment-related issues
Maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules


Skills:
Problem-Solving Skills
Interest in programming equipment
Ability and desire to learn
Ability to resolve issues quickly
Attention to detail


Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent (preferred)
Experience with automated CNC machinery a plus
Circuit boards production experience (preferred)
Electro-mechanical Pneumatic skills (preferred)


Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to twist, pull and push heavy objects with or without assistance
Good dexterity
Ability to stand on concrete floors
