What You'll Do

As a member of our consulting team, you'll work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You'll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career-at BCG and beyond.
Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of itperformedat our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. Because our clientsoperateall over the world, you may travel internationally.

What You'll Bring

This job listing is for those who fall into one of the below advanced degree programs or pathways and are looking to start full-time with BCG in either April 2027 or August 2027. Non-business masters students who have not previously earned a doctorate should apply through our Associate process.

• PhD or equivalent (e.g., EdD, PsyD, ScD/DSc, DBA)
• MD or equivalent (e.g., DO, MBBS, PharmD)
• JD or equivalent (e.g., LLB with licensure to practice)
• Postdoctoral researcher
• Medical trainee (e.g. resident, intern, fellow)
• Practicing physician

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office. As a member of that office, it is expected you will be in the office as directed. This role puts you on an accelerated path of personal and professional growth anddevelopmentand so, at times,requiresextended working hours. Our work often requires travel to client sites. Therefore, our expectation is that you will obtain a valid driver's license and passport within six months of employment.

Thefirst yearbase compensation for this role is:
Consultant: $190,000 USDAnnually
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides amarket leadingbenefits package described below.
