The Clinical Systems Analyst II willparticipatein the design, development, implementation, modification, and evaluation of health care information systems.When you join our team, you will be part of a supportive caregiver family that will be united in shared values and purpose to fulfill our promise of being the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare.

This is a hybrid role. A caregiver in this position will work 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Interact with end-users asrequiredtoassistin problem definition and system design.
  • Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs toassuresystems areutilizedas designed.
  • Develop end-user documentation ora permanentreference for clear, concise information.
  • Provide implementationassistancefor system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle.
  • Assistswith system build, datavalidationand system testing.
  • Participate in Project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems.
  • Recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree in relatedfield.
  • Three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience
  • OR two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system.
  • ORAssociate'sdegree and five years of relevant experience.
  • ORMaster'sdegree and two years of experience.
  • OR High School diploma/GED and more than five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience typically supported bylicensein a medically related field such as nursing,pharmacyassistant, medical assistant, medicaltechnologyor EMT.
  • Technical certification may berequired.
  • For Information Technology Division caregivers

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Experience supporting or optimizing a 340B pharmacy program, including identifying opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and program compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and extracting data for reporting, auditing, and operational decision-making.
  • Ability to independently manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory requirements within a healthcare environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
