Senior Technical Product Manager, Pharmacy Fulfillment

The Pharmacy Hub

Fort Lauderdale, FL

$159K - $184K/yr

Full-time

Job description

About the role

We are looking for a senior technical product manager who has built or led healthcare software at scale and wants to own the technology that powers healthcare delivery nationwide. This role is the connective tissue between our technical stack and the rest of the business. Reporting to the CTO, you own the full stack from prescription to a patient's door, and you translate between engineering, finance, account management, and clients so the product solves the right problems. As we grow, you are positioned to build and lead the product function.

What you will own
  • The full technology stack. The systems that run fulfillment end to end, pharmacy management, e-prescribing rails, and the data stack. You own every build-vs-buy call and keep building to improve it.
  • The order lifecycle. How an order moves from prescription to shipment, including the edge cases that decide whether a patient gets care on time.
  • Internal tooling and automation. The products that let ops and pharmacy manage every order with full visibility and act independently, and the judgment for where automation creates the most leverage.
  • Metrics, reporting, and updates. Define the KPIs that measure the tech team's health, report on them to leadership monthly, and keep users aware of deliverables and updates as they ship.
  • Reliability and compliance. Performance that holds as volume grows, with observability, auditability, and compliance built in from the start.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in product management, including hands-on experience building technical or platform products in pharmacy, telemedicine or virtual care, healthcare supply chain and logistics, or another regulated, high-volume environment.
  • Built or led healthcare software at scale. You have owned or built the technology behind a high-volume pharmacy, telemedicine, or healthcare logistics operation, not just used it.
  • Technical background. A CS or engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience. Fluent in APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and data models. You write the spec, read the schema, and hold your own with engineering.
  • End-to-end command of the prescription order lifecycle: e-prescribing, adjudication, dispensing, shipping, and refills.
  • Analytics on your own steam. SQL fluency to pull the data and settle the argument yourself.
  • Business, ecosystem, and cross-functional fluency. You read the business logic and model as fluently as the schema, know how product choices move AR/AP, client satisfaction, and cost, and turn technical constraints into plain language that builds consensus across finance, account management, and clients.
  • Bias to action. You ship, you own the outcome, you get it done.

Bonus: Surescripts / NCPDP integration experience, multi-tenant or white-label platforms, and building with AI as a real collaborator (bring a repo, PRD, or prototype).

How we work

This is 100% onsite role. No hybrid or remote options are available.

We understand a process deeply before we automate it. Ownership is clear, standards are high, and we say the hard thing early. None of this is easy, but it is work that will help reshape how care is accessed and delivered. If bureaucracy is your comfort zone, this will not feel like home.

To apply: send a note, your resume, and one thing you have shipped that you are proud of.
