Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps and Security professional to join our growing organization. In this position, you will actively manage infrastructure projects and processes for a digital pharmacy. Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base in a high-security environment are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with architecture, solution design, implementation, and/or support of the Azure environment, working with software engineers and data engineers.
  • Monitor and manage infrastructure (Azure Kubernetes Service) and products (Azure AD, DNS, VPN) in Azure.
  • Establish and maintain DevSecOps automation usage guidelines, standards, and best practices, to ensure tool use is efficient, effective, and adheres to organizational compliance and security practices.
  • Perform investigations of anomalous activities and create actionable reports for management.
  • Ensure security policies and standards are being followed.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Experience managing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Windows Server administration skills (including SQL Server, IIS, PowerShell, and Active Directory).
  • Working experience with Terraform and general UNIX admin skills.
  • Hands-on experience with security controls in the Azure environment (e.g., IAM, Security Center, Monitor, Log Analytics, Key Vault, Azure AD).
  • Hands-on experience with deploying security solutions (e.g., AV, FIM, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), DLP).
  • Implement and make recommendations based on threat assessments at the network, server, and endpoint levels.
  • Advanced experience in container security (i.e., Kubernetes).

  • Experience with healthcare and pharmacy (preferred)
