Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Management Sr. Advisor provides leadership and strategic direction in the analysis, the reporting, and growth of key products within Supply Chain Products. As a Product Management Sr. Advisor, you will be responsible for product management, product enhancement, coordinating with cross-functional partners, collaborating with the Cigna sales support team, and working with Cigna for product growth, as some of your main responsibilities.

As part of the Affordability team, the focus will be on product enhancements for FTC requirements for 1/1/28 around all pieces DTC, both funded and unfunded benefits.

The role is focused on the FTC compliance pieces around getting DTC to incorporate TrumpRx, AI for lowest price always being applied, and build out of the unfunded benefit both for Medicare and commercial to provide lowest cash price option at the counter for non covered medications.

This role works closely with the member experience team to also ensure we have a member experience that surfaces and presents to members in all digital engagements to provide pricing transparency and optionality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Strategic and forward thinking required to think of new and innovative ways to drive value for the company.

  • Coordinate with cross functional partners to support sales and account management and Express Scripts clients

  • Assist with product execution across all work streams

  • Analyze product data and provide meaningful insights to drive decisions for initiatives

  • Understanding of product execution highly recommended

  • Clinical and margin analysis required

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 4 Year undergraduate degree; MBA preferred

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, sales, or related marketing, strategy, or healthcare services fields; product experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with the ability to work with executives, clients and broad teams, tailoring communication per audience

  • Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results

  • Healthcare and/ or PBM experience

  • Ability to prioritize and balance workload accordingly, detail-oriented and proactive

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
