Job description

Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager
Lead a high-impact specialty pharmacy team in Collierville, TN dedicated to delivering exceptional care, clinical excellence, and life-changing support for patients with rare and complex conditions.
Pay Details: $121,000 - $182,000 + 10% bonus annually
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | This is a leadership role - should be okay staying late as needed or coming in on weekends for emergencies
Daily Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the pharmacy fulfillment center, making sure medications are received, packaged, and shipped to patients accurately and on time
  • Lead and support a growing team of pharmacists, technicians, warehouse staff, and inventory team members while helping with coaching, training, and employee development
  • Help create a positive team culture by keeping employees engaged, communicating clearly, solving issues quickly, and making sure the team works well together

Required Qualifications for the Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager:
  • PharmD or RPh from an ACPE accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for the state of Tennessee
  • Minimum of three (3) years of pharmacy operations management experience

Preferred Qualifications for the Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of pharmacy operations management experience
  • Specialty pharmacy experience
