Job description

This opportunity is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a dynamic mail order and specialty retail pharmacy environment in Greenfield, IN. The role blends client-facing responsibilities with essential pharmacy support tasks, focusing on ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional customer service. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend or evening hours depending on workload demands. It is structured as a contract-to-hire role, providing a clear pathway to direct employment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound client calls and perform accurate order entry with attention to detail
  • Verify insurance information and maintain inventory control
  • Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to fulfill pharmacy needs
  • Deliver exceptional support by handling customer inquiries and processing pharmaceutical orders
