Job Summary
Southend Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocols
  • Ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution
  • Maintain proper documentation and organization of medication records
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
  • Support compliance with all regulatory and safety standards


What We Require

  • Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
  • Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sterile compounding environments
  • Current IV Sterile Compounding Certification (e.g., ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification)
  • Ability to work required PRN schedule and maintain flexibility
