Job description

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Elm Street Pharmacy is a community pharmacy located next to Albany General Hospital. The pharmacy is open to any member of the public. The primary role of this pharmacy is to dispense community patient prescriptions. They also offer immunizations, medication management services, Hospice prescriptions, and medication assistance programs. The pharmacy is staffed by experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who are dedicated to patient care. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License is required upon submission. High school diploma or equivalent required. Pre-employment/post offer drug screen required prior to start. Epic Willow Ambulatory experience required. Sterile compounding experience preferred. Successful completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.
