Job Summary: Provides prescribed pharmaceuticals for a designated patient population.

Required Education: Graduate of an A.C.P.E. accredited college of pharmacy.

Required Licensure: License to practice pharmacy in the state of Mississippi. Registered pharmacist in good standing with other current states of licenses, if any.

Required Experience: None

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Knowledge of pharmacy practice. Knowledge of specialized skills required in a hospital practice. Clinical knowledge adequate to perform drug utilization evaluations and clinical interventions.
