    Job Description

    Take your career to the next level and lead challenging full-service clinical research projects in phase II and III, managing the full scope of responsibilities and getting hands-on involvement in every aspect of the study.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects under direct or general supervision, with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
    • Performing regional lead's or project co-manager's role in complex international projects/programs with the secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget.
    • Adhering to and promoting principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers. 
    • Leading project teams
    • Training, mentoring, and coaching Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, Project Coordination Associates (PCAs) and Site Management Associates (SMAs)
    • Participating in feasibility research
    • Supporting business development tasks such as proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, etc. 
    • Implementing company standard practices and complying with intradepartmental procedures
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum 5 years of experience gained in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research.
    • At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research
    • At least 2-year recent clinical research experience in the capacity of project manager/equivalent (e.g. Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead, etc.).
    • Regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure
    • Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
