Job description

At Eupry, we're on a mission to make compliance effortless across the entire supply chain. From the manufacturer's cleanroom to the global logistics warehouse, we provide wireless monitoring and automated mapping that gives our clients "wireless peace of mind."
You'll deploy wireless monitoring systems in pharma facilities, hospitals, and logistics warehouses across the US, Canada, and beyond. Pharma experience isn't required - we'll teach you the industry.
What you'll do
  • Lead physical installs: mount sensors, route cables, configure gateways to a high standard of craftsmanship.
  • Verify connectivity: IP assignments, ping tests, signal checks. Every device leaves site with a solid cloud connection.
  • Execute IQ and OQ protocols and produce audit-ready documentation.
  • Hand off a fully working, fully documented system to our Validation Team.
  • Travel ~70% across the US and Canada, with regular trips to our Copenhagen HQ.
  • Adapt across cleanrooms, production floors, -80°C freezers, and busy logistics hubs.

Who you are
  • Trained electrician, installation tech, or similar hands-on background.
  • Sharp eye for alignment, secure mounting, and clean cabling.
  • Tech-curious - comfortable troubleshooting a LAN and understanding basic networking (DHCP vs. static IP).
  • Confident with SOPs, work orders, and technical docs.
  • Customer-facing - you like being on-site and solving problems in person.
  • Take pride in leaving a site better than you found it.
  • Valid driver's license and current passport.

Nice to have
  • IPAF PAL card (3a/3b) - or willing to get one within 30 days.
  • Experience in GxP, pharma, food production, or lab environments.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GDP protocols or cleanroom etiquette.

Why Eupry
A Danish scaleup serving 1,000+ customers, growing 300% YoY in the US. Cutting-edge wireless monitoring tech. International travel. Real career path. Your work directly impacts patient safety worldwide.
"Please try to find a company that offers a fully compliant pharmaceutical end-to-end solution via sea, air, and road - and I'll give you a nickel." - Adam Hartmann-Kruckow, Founder & CCO/CRO

Requirements
Physical requirements
Walking, standing, bending, crouching, climbing, and working with hand tools. Comfortable at heights (with proper equipment) and across temperature-controlled environments. Must pass client security and background checks.
What we offer
Benefits
  • 15 paid vacation days + 5 sick days (more with experience).
  • Full health and dental insurance.
  • Performance bonus program.
  • Employee referral bonus.
  • Full travel budget - flights, hotels, daily per diem. All loyalty points and miles are yours.
  • Direct path to team lead, technical PM, or validation engineering as we scale.
  • Founder-led US team. Work directly with our founder in a fast-growing office.
