This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills who can build relationships across departments, navigate competing priorities, and drive projects from conception through implementation.
The primary focus of this position is overseeing the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system while managing additional Information Technology initiatives, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects and other technology improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and patient care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
IT Project Manager duties may include:
  • Planning, managing, and delivering multiple IT projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

  • Coordinating project activities across Information Systems, clinical departments, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Serving as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and project teams.
  • Facilitating project meetings, providing regular status updates, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout each phase of implementation.
  • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maintain project success.
  • Creating, maintaining, and organizing project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and risk management documentation.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure system implementations align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
  • Supporting organizational change management efforts by coordinating communication, training, and adoption strategies for new technologies.
  • Continuously evaluating project performance and recommending process improvements that strengthen project delivery and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Previous experience managing Information Technology projects required.
  • Experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or healthcare technology projects preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or Change Management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance required.
Additional Requirements
This position requires occasional travel between agency locations to support project implementation and collaboration with internal teams.
