Job Description

Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Financial Analyst!
Are you ready to launch your career to the next level? Join our mission-focused team, where we value technical excellence, collaboration, and agility. We're the world's leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the US Department of Defense.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary focal point for weekly revenue estimation and financial performance tracking.
  • Maintain and communicate weekly and monthly labor realization rates and key operational metrics.
  • Partner with budget owners to support forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and identification of cost drivers.
  • Analyze financial trends and prepare reports on expenditures, operational performance, cash flow, and business results.
  • Develop and submit Operational Excellence metrics, including Price of Non-Conformance (PONC), on-time delivery, and overtime utilization reporting.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Contracts, Accounting, and other functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance measurement.
  • Support indirect rate development, Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) activities, financial reviews, internal controls, and audit requirements.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, accounting, or related finance functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a government contracting or manufacturing environment preferred; U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access requirements.

Salary Range:

$50,600.00-$67,500.000
