Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Denver, CO

Shift: Sunday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Client Overview

You'd be working at a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, helping prepare and ship medication orders to pharmacies and healthcare providers. This role works specifically in the refrigerated area, keeping cold storage orders ready to go.

    What You'll Do

    • Prepare totes with ice for refrigerated orders
    • Receive, store, and organize warehouse inventory accurately
    • Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documents and report any issues
    • Pick customer orders and place items into totes for shipment
    • Process returns and complete required data entry
    • Perform daily cycle counts and help research inventory discrepancies
    • Support order fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping
    • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
    • Follow all safety guidelines and DEA regulations
    • Use warehouse management systems to complete daily tasks

    What We Need From You

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment
    • Basic computer and data entry skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Able to work overtime when needed

    Preferred / Bonus

    • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
    • Experience with warehouse management systems such as PkMS or similar platforms
