Background:

As a Chemical Compounder at Radienz Living, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process

by handling chemicals, chemical substances, and operating specialized machinery to process and

produce chemical-based products. This role involves both powder and liquid blending, including

loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures

and safety guidelines.

Work Environment: Exposed to hazardous materials and airborne particulates

Key Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Competently operate blending machinery both independently and as part of a team.
  • Match all labels accurately with the corresponding batch records.
  • Document blending process information in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Load and unload materials into blending machines safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor blending operations periodically and promptly report any abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), established procedures, safety regulations, and SOPs.
  • Consistently produce high-quality finished goods in accordance with quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with personnel in production, maintenance, quality control, and scheduling.
  • Verify that all incoming materials align with the Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Must consistently meet productivity expectations, including yield and volume targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be clean-shaven at all times to comply with blending department safety standards.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule availability based on production volume and shift demands.
  • Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adherence to all defined safety procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must wear steel-toe boots
  • Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment fitness and pulmonary function tests.
  • Will be exposed to hazardous materials and airborne particulates as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Able to work 2nd shift

Physical Demands:

  • Constant manual dexterity use.
  • Required to stand for long period of time.
