Job description

Job Title: Senior Pharmaceutical Production Compounder Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 18015 Type: Direct-Hire

We are adding a Senior Pharmaceutical Production Compounder to support our global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) specializing in GMP micronization and milling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee pharmaceutical processing equipment
  • Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards
  • Perform equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance
  • Record production data, material usage, and any deviations
  • Manage material inventory and storage
  • Prepare raw materials for production
  • Assist with weighing, labeling, and packaging of finished products
  • Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and logistics

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 3-5 years of GMP manufacturing experience in granulation, milling, or compounding
  • Forklift or material handling experience
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and perform physical tasks
