Location: Elizabethtown, KY
Shift: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Friday


Position Summary

We're looking for a Call Center Representative to provide Monday thru Friday customer support service to healthcare professionals and patients. In this role, you'll manage both incoming and outgoing calls related to healthcare questions, delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Salary:ย From $16.20 per hour

Primary Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to support healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Assist with questions about affordability support, enrollment, program details, and consent processes.
  • Facilitate appropriate transfers for specific medical questions.
  • Capture and escalate any adverse events or product complaints following established procedures.
  • Provide support for general savings card inquiries.
  • Document all interactions accurately and according to program guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support program requirements.

Qualifications
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: At least one year of call center experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong verbal communication skills that are clear, articulate, and grammatically sound.
