Litigation Associate (2+ Years) – Products Liability (Atlanta, GA | Onsite)
Full-Time | Trial-Focused Role | Competitive Compensation + Bonus

Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Products Liability team in Atlanta. This is a strong opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and complex tort matters.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment with significant responsibility early in your career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and manage products liability and related litigation matters
  • Assist with trial preparation, including strategy and case development
  • Draft motions, briefs, and discovery materials
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Work on cases involving medical malpractice, medical devices, and pharmaceutical claims

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Background in products liability, medical malpractice, or pharma/device litigation preferred
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Experience with depositions and trial prep
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong academic credentials
