Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to support the Client Digital team in planning, executing, and managing a wide range of digital marketing projects. This role involves close collaboration with creative, account, and technical teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of digital assets such as websites, emails, banner ads, and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in digital, agency, or healthcare/pharma environments, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of digital projects, including websites, field tools, emails, banner ads, and mobile applications.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Client's guidelines, including branding, promotional material review, Veeva submissions, and compliance processes.
  • Prepare and review project documentation such as functional requirements to ensure digital submissions meet standards.
  • Attend client meetings with the account manager and act as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, account, and technical teams through all stages of the agency workflow, from initiation to production and archiving.
  • Support project estimation, timeline planning, and billing activities; ensure time tracking and financial records are accurate.
  • Apply knowledge of HTML, SEO, analytics, and mobile/digital metrics to support high-quality deliverables.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), website development processes, and UI/UX best practices in project execution.
  • Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and deliverables to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct quality control reviews and asset testing to maintain accuracy and consistency across digital materials.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within pharma, healthcare, or agency settings.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and workflows.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
