Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Onsite)
Summary:
Seeking an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in aseptic filling and PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot automation issues, and ensure GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize automation systems for aseptic filling lines
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support production
- Assist with validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), deviations, and CAPA
- Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Validation teams
Requirements:
- Experience in aseptic filling (pharma/biotech)
- Strong PLC (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) skills
- Knowledge of GMP and regulated environments
- Troubleshooting and on-floor support experience
Preferred:
- SCADA/HMI and MES exposure
- Strong documentation skills
