Our therapists work onsite in home care settings, allowing you to create one-on-one relationships with your patients in a familiar environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients recovering from various conditions, including post-operative recovery, chronic illnesses, sports injuries, and geriatric concerns. Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
