Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and compassionate Pet Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small animal boarding facility. This leadership role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys managing people, and is committed to providing exceptional care and customer service.

The Pet Hotel Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pets and their owners while managing staff, client relations, scheduling, and facility operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the pet hotel and boarding facility

Supervise, train, and support pet care team members

Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage

Maintain high standards of animal care, cleanliness, and safety

Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

Communicate with pet owners regarding their pets needs and stay updates

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Address client concerns promptly and professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies and animal welfare standards

Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Qualifications

Previous management experience preferred, ideally in veterinary medicine, animal boarding, daycare, hospitality, or customer service
