We are currently opening dedicated lanes for established road professionals as well as recent CDL-A graduates looking for immediate security and stable miles.

Driver Compensation and Performance Incentives

  • High-performing drivers with experience average between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.
  • Structured entry-level path offers a paid 4–6 week mentorship route at $650 per week for new grads.
  • Kickstart your transition with $300 upfront orientation pay plus $15 extra for any additional stops.

  • Mandatory passing results on standard DOT physicals, including hair and urine toxicology screens.
