Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Maanger Manager to join our team at Shady Acres Pet Ranch Pet Ranch. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the facility and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, ensuring the well-being of pets, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
1. Staff Supervision:
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of pet care attendants, ensuring they adhere to Shady Acres Pet Ranch Pet Ranch's protocols and standards.
  • Train new staff members on pet care procedures, safety protocols, and customer service practices.
  • Schedule and assign duties to staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all areas of the facility.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance and development.

2. Customer Service:
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers and pet owners, providing excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience throughout their pet's stay.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on implementing customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Answer the phone and make appointments.
  • Give tours
  • Check in/out boarders, daycare, and grooms.
  • Answer questions about fees and policies.
  • Call Veterinary clinics for vaccination information.
  • Call clients to remind them about appointments.
  • Helping pet owners with their pets.
  • Recording pet feeding, medication, elimination and behavior

4. Facility Maintenance and Safety:

  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the General Manager promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as Shady Acres Pet Ranch Pet Ranch's policies and procedures.
