We are currently looking for a Commercial Pest Control Technician to help drive our service quality, team performance, and company growth to the next level.

Position Summary:
The Commercial Pest Control Technician is responsible for all customers on his/her daily route and maintains the highest standards for quality of service by maintaining the company cultures of being friendly, kind, service oriented, hardworking and being highly technically competent under the direction of the Commercial Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Pest Control Customers with a high standard of quality and thoroughness.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Communicate effectively with the commercial service manager, teammates, lead techs, and headquarters.
  • Upsell and recommend additional services that add value to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must either be licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Alabama in:
    • General Pest
    • Termite
    • Public Health (Mosquito)
    • Lawn and Ornamental
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving history.
  • Adept or readily able to become adept in servicing for Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, and other complex pest issues.
  • Able to set correct expectations with customers in a friendly and clear way.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales-minded with a drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with pest control service processes and CRM software preferred.
  • Willingness to work longer days when necessary.
  • Work schedule will be mostly Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Bend, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and crawl into tight spaces.
  • Walk and work on uneven terrain and in all weather conditions.
