Our Position
Our Inside Sales Professionals will provide world class customer service and sales support by responding to the customers' requests courteously and professionally. Inside Sales Professional handles inbound and outbound sales related calls, sets up new customer accounts, maintains current customer accounts and documents all pertinent notes in each customer's account. Furthermore, Inside Sales Professional assists with customer service-related calls during times of lower incoming/outbound sales call volume.

Your Responsibilities
  • Answering and managing inbound/outbound sales calls.
  • Engaging customers in conversation to qualify each call, determine sales need and provide information on company products and services following call flow guidelines.
  • Completing a phone sale on qualified leads, send E-Contract to customer and set up service via Best Fit process.
  • Attaining Conversion goals of lead to call and positive action and other performance metrics.
  • Selling residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures.
  • Creating service accounts for new customers.
  • Collecting payments and applies to proper account.
  • Schedules inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
  • Navigating multiple programs simultaneously, entering data real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts, all while comfortably maintaining a friendly conversation.
  • Adopts new products, sales and marketing skills from direct Sales Manager coaching and training.
  • Meeting or exceeding all Minimum Performance Standards and attain Monthly Development Plan goals regularly.
  • Documenting all customer calls accurately on customer's account and forwards to appropriate associate.
  • Entering lead information into database (PestPac and Velocify) accurately and schedule appointments.
  • Assisting Call Center Specialist Team with customer service-related inbound callers during high-volume peak calling hours. Resolving billing issues, offer resolutions, and apply credits/adjustments when appropriate.
  • Developing strong communication with platform branches to continuously improve customer experiences.
  • Providing excellent communication and people skills to build trust and creating positive customer experiences by placing an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Our Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including articulation, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to calculate basic math.
  • Must be able to pass seven-year criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing.
