Job description

Nature Guard Pest Control is expanding in Tampa and is seeking an experienced, motivated pest control professional ready to step into a leadership role with real growth potential. This is not a standard technician position. It is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the industry and wants to build a branch, grow a team, and increase earnings with performance.

You will start with a full, established service route from day one and receive company-generated leads to help grow the business. As the Tampa operation expands, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own team of technicians and sales support, with long-term advancement into branch management.

Compensation and Growth

• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential

• Commissions on new customers you bring in and company-provided leads you close

Responsibilities

• Service and manage an established residential and commercial pest control route
• Perform termite inspections and treatments (drywood and subterranean)
• Inspect properties and implement treatment plans
• Develop relationships with customers and property managers
• Close new leads and help grow recurring business
• Maintain digital service records, notes, and compliance documentation
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring future technicians as the branch grows

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in the industry.
• Termite knowledge and hands-on experience are mandatory.
• Experience with PestPac is a strong plus
• Comfortable using mobile apps, service software, and basic office tools
• Basic computer skills, including email, digital forms, and scheduling systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a growing route
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
