Job description

Position Summary:

As a Pest Control Technician at Paulโ€™s Termite and Pest Control, you will be responsible for managing and preventing pest infestations for residential and commercial clients. You will perform inspections, identify issues, create treatment plans, and apply appropriate treatments to eliminate pests and prevent future occurrences. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of client properties to identify pest problems.
  • Communicate with clients to explain treatment plans, procedures, and preventative measures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns.

2. Pest Control Services:

  • Develop and execute customized treatment plans based on inspections and SOP
  • Safely apply pesticides, traps, and other control measures in accordance with company SOP and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform follow-up visits to ensure pest problems are resolved.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans, chemicals used, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports on pest control activities and update client files accordingly.

4. Compliance and Safety:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to pest control.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and safety protocols.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other technicians and office staff to schedule appointments and manage customer accounts.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
