We're currently hiring a Pest Control Service Technician to join our Eugene team. No prior experience in pest control is required-we provide full paid training and all the tools you'll need. Our team of Technicians are responsible for performing services for our clients, protecting them from ants, spiders, wasps, and other pests found in Oregon.
  • A Good Earth Pest Technician must be a good team member. They mostly work independently but needs to keep a team-oriented mindset at all times.
  • Protect our communities by providing the best pest control for our clients on daily service routes.
  • Conduct inspections to determine pest activity and provide explanations and solutions.
  • Grow with Good Earth by creating new relationships through bids for potential clients.
  • Follow a schedule and assure prompt arrivals at timed stops.
  • Keep appropriate records for applications made.
  • Stay current on the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the pest control industry.
  • Operate and maintain service equipment and vehicle.
  • Obtain an Applicators License and maintain it through provided ongoing education.

Our Technicians enjoy the use of a dedicated company vehicle and other benefits including:
  • Strong compensation - Starting at $18 per hour, commission phases in once trained and licensed.
  • Our experienced Pest Technicians typically earn $50k or more annually. (Experienced meaning fully licensed and independent for at least a year, estimated earning includes both regular and overtime hours)
