Pest Control Technician
Full Time • Greenwood, IN
About the Role
Certified Lawns is hiring a Pest Control Technician to apply insecticide treatments to residential properties. This includes perimeter pest control and mosquito control using backpack fogging equipment. This is an outdoor, route-based role where you will work independently throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
  • Apply pest control treatments in accordance with company standards, product labels, and all applicable safety regulations. 
  • Perform mosquito control using backpack fogging equipment. 
  • Complete daily service routes efficiently. 
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safe, proper application. 
  • Provide professional and reliable service to customers. 
What We’re Looking For
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 
  • Reliable and self-motivated. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift. 
Compensation & Schedule
  • $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience). 
  • Weekly bonus opportunities available. 
  • Monday–Friday schedule with seasonal Saturdays required.
