Job Description

As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting commercial properties and performing pest control treatments using high-quality, environmentally responsible products. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to business clients while following a daily service schedule within your assigned route.

Commercial route servicing restaurants, warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities.

  • Wage comparable to $33 - $43 + / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)
    • $2000 sign on bonus for any one with an active Washington commercial pest control license

Once your training is completed, you will receive a company vehicle that you can take home along with a fuel card to use while running a route. You will also receive either a company cell phone or bi-monthly reimbursement.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ year of commercial pest control experience
  • 2+ years of service-related experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a B2B environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
  • Must be clean-shaven when required for respirator safety compliance

Preferred

  • Pest Control License (or ability to obtain one)
