Job descriptionWe're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations.Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement. Routes will be created for you daily and will consist of the same customers for all their services, so that you can build relationships with your customers.You will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans.
