What You'll Do
As part of our installation team, you'll help improve the comfort, energy efficiency, and air quality of customers' homes by:
  • Removing old insulation, debris, and contaminants from attics and crawlspaces
  • Installing new insulation, vapor barriers, and air sealing products
  • Installing drainage systems and pipe in crawlspaces and around homes
  • Sealing HVAC duct joints and replacing duct insulation
  • Installing attic and crawlspace baffles
  • Maintaining clean and organized job sites
  • Following safety procedures and using professional tools and equipment
  • Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally

This is physical, rewarding work that directly improves the health, comfort, and protection of homeowners' properties.
