About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, positive, people-friendly Pest Control Technician who wants more than just a route — someone excited to build their own customer base, earn commission, and grow with a company that actually cares about its team.

  • Service residential and commercial accounts throughout San Diego
  • Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
  • Follow safety and application protocols
  • Sell new pest control accounts in the field and grow your route

  • Company vehicle provided
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Valid California Driver’s License & clean driving record
  • Smartphone with GPS capability
  • Able to lift a 35-lb backpack sprayer
  • Comfortable handling pest control materials
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset

  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and isn’t afraid to sell

  • Keeping the workplace upbeat, professional, and drama-free
