Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daytime Schedule

Pay Range: $45,000 - $70,000; Average Earnings: $50,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll own and manage your own service route while building relationships with customers:

  • Provide pest control services at residential & commercial properties
  • Perform home inspections and recommend solutions
  • Sell services to new and existing customers
  • Schedule appointments and manage your daily route
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

What You Need

  • No experience required - paid training provided!
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check & drug screening
  • Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
  • Comfortable working independently and outdoors
  • Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
